The rules, in plain language.

Prism is a web app for journaling with AI-assisted pattern recognition. You write entries; our system classifies them, finds connections, and produces a weekly reflection called the Mirror. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Prism surfaces patterns in what you write. It is nota therapist, doctor, psychiatrist, lawyer, or financial advisor. The Mirror and any AI output are informational only. If you need clinical, legal, or financial help, talk to a qualified human. Don’t use Prism as a substitute for care or advice from licensed professionals.

·You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.

·One person per account. No sharing logins.

·You must be at least 16 to use Prism.

Don’t use Prism to:

·Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our systems.

·Upload content you don’t have the right to store (someone else’s private material, illegal content, etc.).

·Abuse the AI endpoints (automated bulk calls, jailbreak attempts against the model).

·Impersonate someone else or harass anyone.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We’ll try to tell you why when we do.

You own everything you write in Prism. We need a limited license to process your entries through our AI pipeline so the product can function, but we don’t claim any ownership of your words, and we don’t use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for data handling specifics.

We’re building actively. Features may change, new ones may appear, and a small number may be removed. If we make a change that materially degrades what you’re paying for (once pricing starts), we’ll give you fair notice.

Prism is free during private beta. We’ll notify you by email before any paid tier begins, with the specific price and start date. You won’t be charged without explicit consent.

·You can close your account any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

·We can close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system, or that we’re compelled to close by law. We’ll give notice unless the situation is urgent.

Prism is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service or that the AI will always be accurate or useful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Prism is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50, whichever is greater).

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Prism is operated. Disputes we can’t resolve directly will be handled through good-faith mediation first.

If we change anything material we’ll email active users. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated version.
